In response to the current market situation and in order to ensure high quality services and availability of means of transport during peak season, GEODIS Road Network sp. z o.o., introduces the Peak Season Surcharge for domestic distribution in groupage, part load and parcel services during the periods listed below:
• Easter – from the 10th working day before the holiday to the 4th working day after the holiday,
• Labor Day, Constitution Day – from the 5th working day before 1st May to the 5th working day after 3rd May,
• Corpus Christi – from the 5th working day before the holiday to the 5th working day after the holiday,
• from 17.10.2023 to 31.12.2023 and in the years after that from 1st September to 31st December.
The Peak Season Surcharge rate for the period 17.10.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 3.5%. Details of the Peak Season Surcharge are available at www.pekaes.geodis.pl in the Customer Zone.The level of the Peak Season Surcharge in 2024 will be published on the website www.pekaes.geodis.pl by 29.02.2024.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that in connection with the introduction of the Peak Season Surcharge the General Terms and Conditions of Service will be updated as of 17.10.2023 by adding point 11 in § 8.
